Peter Roland Adrian Nurse, age 34 of Upper Streats Road, Flaggstaff, St. Michael; entered peacefully into rest on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Former student of Charles F. Broome Memorial School and Queen’s College. Teacher of of Wesley Hall Junior School and former teacher of Luther Thorne, St. Lukes and St. Jude's Primary Schools. Son of Lydia Esther Nurse (Retired teacher of Springer Memorial Secondary School) and Victor S. Nurse (Senior Internal Auditor N.I.S). Brother of Philip R.A. Nurse (aka Kal). Grandson of Jean Nurse and the late Vincent Nurse, Bertram and Miriam Roberts (Bullen). Nephew of Vincent, Enid, Debra and Edward Nurse (Reece Road, Brittons Hill, St. Michael), Joycelyn Payne, Jean Trotman, Margaret Stuart and Cheryl Harris (U.S.A). Cousin of Esrunah Edwards (U.S.A), Orion Edwards, Zachary Trotman, Jamal, Jannese and Justin Quintyne, Leah and Isaac Nurse. Relative of the Sargeant, Broomes, Allamby, Atherly and Phillips families. The Funeral of the late Peter Roland Adrian Nurse, leaves Tudor’s Funeral Home, The Ivy, St. Michael, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at 12.00 noon for the Government Hill, Seventh Day Adventist Church, Government Hill, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:00pm. for the Service. The cortege will then proceed to the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church for the Interment. Flowers may be sent to Tudor’s Funeral Home, no later than 11.45pm on Tuesday.
