Meta Magoaline Sam, age 73, of Licorish Village, St. Michael. Formerly of Proven Vale, St. Vincent. Daughter of the late Rena Shallow and the late Rupert John. Mother of Dorcas, Kathleen and Arlene Sam, Felix and Carl John, Philip and Gracie John (St. Vincent). Grandmother of Terrence, Natasha, Tiffany, Shaquile, Cee Jay, Selina, Renaldo, Angie, Rodene, Sylvan, Slyvanel, Verton, Carl, Kyle, Sophia and many others. Sister of Eugina Robinson and Lorenzo Shallow (St. Croix U.S. Virgin Island), Leonard Shallow (Trinidad and Tobago), the late Jerome and Zino Shallow and the late Janet Sam of St. Vincent. Aunt of many. Mother-in-law of Martha and Nita John. Dear friend of Jeffrey, Samuel Gittens and many others. Relative of the Sam, John, Shallow, Homer, Archibald and Robinson families. The Funeral of the late Meta Magoaline Sam; leaves Tudor’s Funeral Home, The Ivy, St. Michael on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Cathedral, Jemmotts Lane, St. Michael; where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2.00pm. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Tudor’s Funeral Home, no later than 12.45pm. on Saturday. The body will repose for viewing in the Chapel of Tudor’s Funeral Home, on Friday, from 4.00pm. until 6.00pm.
